Having successfully completed projects in Barcelona, Paris and Munich for Beazley during 2020, we were delighted to once again be selected by them to be part of this truly prestigious project.

Planning started at the end of 2019 and ei2 worked closely with architects Perkins + Will and there were many many designs and finishes meetings to select the 200+ different fabrics and surface finishes. Even PW were amazed at the array of finishes the clients chose.

Needless to say the end result was stunning and if I say so myself it is easily the most imaginative fun space currently in No22 and often viewed by other prospective tenants to the building.

Covid delayed the project by some 6 month but we finally started installing in January 2021 and client moved in at the end of March.

Despite the Global pandemic striking mid project, Beazley stuck to their initial designs for the space and it now offers a wealth of different types of work areas from 2 quiet library areas through to social hubs and feature central adjoining staircase.

The project consisted of over 400 sit/stand desks, Home zone meeting rooms for departments, themed meeting spaces around the concept of London bridges, a huge client welcome lounge, 5 client facing bespoke boardroom tables, hub areas the list goes on. It has to be viewed to appreciate just how special the floors are.
